Thank you for booking with Twice The Beauty. Your mobile hair and beauty service. Bringing all quality services right in the comfort of your own home.
This is a mobile service which means i will be coming to your house

For all new customers - Please ensure you have done a patch test 72 hours prior to your booking if you are booking any lash or tinting or colouring treatments. It’s as simple as clicking

‘ BOOK APPOINTMENT’ find patch test on the list and book for just £5 the charge will cover any travel and product costs.. Patch tests are completely down to yourself to book they are recommended but not compulsory to go ahead with your appointment.

HOW EVER - if you are pregnant or have just recently had a baby OR any type of surgery then it is compulsory to have a patch test to go ahead with ANY treatments

Please ensure your booking is booked in a SAFE and CLEAN environment for me to be able to work in. Also strictly NO SMOKING or eating around me whilst I am there, this includes smoking vapes i do not wish to be inhaling your smoke whilst working.
please keep pets away and off the treatment bed and my kit.

I offer a 20 minute grace period for if you are late, if it goes past 20 minutes you will be charge in FULL.

OUT OF HOURS IS APPLIED LIKE THIS:

any 2 hour slots booked after 5.30pm
any 1 hours slots booked past 6pm/6.30pm
any 30 minute slots booked past 7.30pm

please do no book an appointment if you have no intentions of keeping it. you are holding a slot for which someone else could be booking and keeping.

If you wish to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be non refundable under any circumstance. However your £10 deposit is transferable if you reschedule before 48 hours of the appointment time

you cannot reschedule an appointment within 48 hours, this will then go into your cancellation period

48 hours you’ll be charged a cancellation fee of 50%,cancellations made on the day or within 24 hours will be required to pay in FULL ,Any cancellation fees will be debited off your bank card automatically the same day, any one who fails to make payment will not be welcome to book again and youll be banned from booking agian.

I do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Vouchers are to be used within the time frame given on the voucher if no date the your voucher is valid for 12 months from the purchase date, you cannot use your voucher with any other offer and only one voucher at a time.

Lashes last for upto 3 -5 weeks if looked after with the correct after care, infills must be booked every 7-21 days if youd like to maintain them you cannot book more than 4 infills, if you book more than 4 youll be asked to change it or it will be cancelled.

On the day of your appointment please ensure you have the CORRECT CASH, Change may not always be available and i will not carry any payment over from the last booking, this can get confusing!

Cash is my preferred payment method, However i do have a card reader available to hand if you are unable to get cash out.

you will be asked to read these terms and conditions before booking this is your responsibility to answer honestly and read carefully and fully before booking and agreeing to the terms.

please respect this is my business and not a hobby or a part time side hustle
if i feel disrespected in any way you will be asked to not book in again.

anybody not following the terms of service will be removed off my books and you will no longer be allowed to book in again in the future.
